Privacy Policy

Namma AI (“the app”, “we”, “us”) is a Kannada-first AI assistant operated by Jnanavahini Labs. This policy explains what personal data we handle when you use the web app, PWA or Android app, and what choices you have. Questions: apps.rvarga.tech@gmail.com.

• Account data — email address and, if you sign in with Google, your name and profile picture as provided by Google.
• Content you create — the prompts you type, chat conversations, and images generated from your prompts.
• Coin wallet data — your coin balance and a transaction history of credits and debits.
• Payment data — coin purchases are processed by PayU. We receive a transaction reference and status; we never receive or store your card, UPI or bank credentials.
• Technical data — basic request logs and error reports used to keep the service running securely.

Guests who have not signed in keep their trial coin balance locally in the browser; no account is created until you sign in.

• To provide chat replies and image generation in Kannada.
• To maintain your coin balance, purchases and generation history.
• To secure the service, prevent abuse and debug failures.
• To respond to support requests you send us.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use your content for advertising.

Prompts you submit are sent to third-party AI model providers through the Lovable AI Gateway so a response or image can be generated. Only the content needed to produce the result is sent. Do not enter sensitive personal information, financial details, or confidential data into prompts.

• Lovable Cloud (Supabase) — authentication, database and storage.
• Lovable AI Gateway — routing prompts to AI model providers.
• Google — optional sign-in.
• PayU India — payment processing for coin packs.

Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with row-level access rules so your chats, images and wallet are visible only to your account. Transport is encrypted with HTTPS. We keep your content while your account is active; if you ask us to delete your account we remove your profile, chats and generations, retaining only records we must keep for accounting and fraud-prevention purposes.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account. Write to apps.rvarga.tech@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Namma AI is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

We use local storage and essential cookies to keep you signed in and to hold the guest coin balance. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

We may update this policy as the app evolves. The “last updated” date at the top always reflects the current version, and significant changes will be announced in the app.
