Terms of Service

By using Namma AI you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. The service is provided by Jnanavahini Labs from India.

You may browse and try limited features as a guest. Full features require an account created with email OTP or Google sign-in. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your email secure. You must be at least 13 years old, and 18 or older to purchase coins.

• Coins are a prepaid in-app credit used to access AI features.
• Current usage: 1 coin per chat reply and 12 coins per generated image.
• New signed-in users receive a free starting balance; guests receive a smaller trial balance.
• Coins have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and cannot be exchanged for money.
• Prices and coin costs may change; changes apply to future purchases and usage.

You agree not to use Namma AI to:

• create illegal, hateful, harassing, sexual-abuse or violent content;
• impersonate real people or generate misleading deepfakes;
• infringe copyrights, trademarks or privacy rights;
• spread misinformation about elections, health or public safety;
• attack, scrape, reverse-engineer, overload or bypass limits of the service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without refund.

You keep ownership of the prompts you write. Subject to the model providers’ terms, you may use the images you generate, including commercially, provided the content is lawful. You grant us a limited licence to store and display your content back to you so the app can function.

AI responses can be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated. Namma AI does not provide medical, legal, financial or professional advice. Verify important information independently before relying on it.

The service is provided “as is” and may be interrupted for maintenance, model-provider outages or upgrades. Features described as “coming soon”, including video generation, are not guaranteed and are not part of any purchase.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
